Job responsibilities:

4. Be responsible for the production line change work, establish production change operation instruction for standardized operation, and carry out operator training;

5. Be responsible for the emergency repair of equipment accidents, cause analysis and responsibility investigation, sum up lessons, prevent the recurrence of accidents, and submit accident reports and handling opinions;

6. Organize the Department to establish monthly, quarterly and annual plans for predictive and preventive maintenance of equipment;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader temporarily;

Job requirements:

1. Technical secondary school degree or above;

2. Mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics or related majors;

3. More than 3 years of automation equipment maintenance and equipment management experience;

4. Be familiar with PLC programming of Omron and keens, and communicate with equipment suppliers constantly.

Job requirements:

2. At least 2 years working experience in vehicle or bench emission test

3. Familiar with automobile and engine emission knowledge;

4. Be familiar with the operation methods of AVL, Horiba hub, bench and discharge equipment, and be able to find and solve problems in time;

5. Understand CNAs requirements and specifications, and be able to formulate and implement relevant procedure documents;

6. Good sense of teamwork, good at coordination and communication, strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit;

Job responsibilities:

1. Parts warehousing: according to the warehousing order, the parts will be stored in the designated warehouse, and the goods card account shall be registered;

2. Parts delivery: according to the demand work order, the parts are checked according to the first in first out principle, and then transferred to the turnover box;

3. Parts inventory: cooperate with the parts warehouse or other relevant departments to do a monthly physical inventory of parts;

4. Spare parts management: inform the production and purchasing departments in time when the materials are insufficient.

Job requirements:

1. 18-50 years old, junior high school or above;

2. Healthy, hardworking and able to undertake a certain amount of physical work;

3. Warehouse management experience is preferred.
